Nebraska Huskers head coach Matt Rhule announced freshman quarterback Dylan Raiola will start in the season opener against UTEP on Aug 31, making him only the second true freshman QB in team history to do so. Junior Heinrich Haarberg will serve as the backup, while Daniel Kaelin and Jalyn Gramstad also feature in the depth chart.
