Gujarat CM Bhupendra Patel announced regularising unauthorised non-residential constructions up to 4.5 FSI in rural areas, making the Gujarat Regularisation of Unauthorised Development Act 2022 more people-oriented. Unauthorised constructions can now be regularised by charging a fee for deficient parking. This decision will be implemented soon, following established procedures and rules.
