Former Clark County Sheriff Jamey Noel, two council members, John Miller and Brittney Ferree, have been charged with conflict of interest and felony counts in relation to the alleged misuse of funds by Noel. Indiana State Police are investigating, searching for Ferree, who has a child with Noel. Miller, a Clarksville Police officer, is accused of voting in favor of appropriations for New Chapel EMS while receiving gifts, including meals, airfare, lodging, and concert tickets. The investigation accuses Noel of using misappropriated funds for personal expenses, including travel, accommodation, meals, and concert tickets.
