A fatal accident involving a cement truck and a car occurred in North Charleston at Ashley Phosphate Road and Peppermill Parkway intersection at 3:30 a.m. on Saturday. Both car occupants were declared dead at the scene. The North Charleston Police Department's Traffic Unit and the Charleston County Coroner are currently investigating the accident, and the victims' names have not been disclosed yet.
