Disney was fined $36,000 by Cal/OSHA for the death of lighting technician J.C. "Spike" Osorio, who fell from a deteriorated catwalk while working on the Marvel series "Wonder Man" at the Radford Studio Center. Osorio's family filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Radford Studio Center, alleging the facility failed in its duty to maintain the premises. Disney and the studio center have 15 business days to appeal the fines.
