Campbell County emergency responders rescued a horse stuck in a muddy pond near Owl Creek Road. Five crews worked together for over two hours, using a large harness and mats, to free the 1,000-pound animal from the muddy hill. The Campbell County Office of Emergency Management praised the team for their dedication and effective collaboration in the rescue mission.
