42-year-old Ronnie Dean Stout II, accused of starting California's fourth-largest wildfire, the Park Fire, pleaded not guilty to arson charges. The Park Fire, which has burned 429,460 acres, destroyed over 600 structures, and is 61% contained, began when Stout allegedly pushed a burning car into a gully. Stout has two previous strike felony convictions and faces a potential 25-years-to-life prison sentence if convicted.
