38-year-old Craig Douglas-Meyers, a teacher at Portland's Hosford Middle School, was arrested and charged with one felony count of Luring a Minor after a weeks-long investigation involving undercover chat operations by police departments in Portland and Yuba City, CA. Douglas-Meyers allegedly engaged in sexual conversations with an undercover detective posing as a 13-year-old child. Portland Public Schools is cooperating with the investigation and maintains no information indicating that students were impacted.
