15-year-old Port Arthur suspect arrested for December's ambush shooting in Port Arthur, where a car filled with juveniles was targeted, resulting in a 16-year-old girl being seriously injured. The suspect, from Beaumont's west end, was taken into custody by the Beaumont Police Department SWAT team and narcotics detectives with Port Arthur Police Department detectives. The arrest follows the earlier arrest of Marcus Kemper for the same incident.
