36-year-old man from Lemoyne arrested for crashing into a PA State Trooper's car in Dauphin County's Swatara Township, under influence of alcohol and THC. The trooper was stationed for construction zone safety. Driver found with a THC vape pen. No injuries reported, and the incident is under investigation.
