48-year-old Gerald Lemon has been arrested and charged with arson in connection with a fatal house fire in Tikipunga, New Zealand, where sole occupant, Hoani Reuben, died. The fire, which started in a car and spread to Reuben's home, is being treated as suspicious and police are not seeking any other suspects. The suspect appeared in Whangārei District Court and is remanded in custody, set to reappear on September 16th.
