53-year-old Border Patrol Agent Shane Millan from Jefferson County was arrested and charged with four counts of deprivation of rights under color of law for allegedly forcing four women to expose their breasts during virtual admission processing in the U.S. The U.S. Attorney's Office claims that Millan's actions were for personal gratification, not legitimate search purposes. Millan has been released on bail pending trial.
