Trans Mountain Corp. names Mark Maki as CEO, replacing Dawn Farrell, ahead of the company's sale to private owners.
Trans Mountain Corp., Canada's oil pipeline operator, appoints Mark Maki as its new CEO, starting 1st September. Maki, replacing outgoing CEO Dawn Farrell, will lead the company amidst preparation for its sale to private owners. With 34 years of industry experience, Maki has served as the Chief Financial and Strategy Officer for Trans Mountain since 2020. The divestment process has been challenging due to political considerations and the government's intention to sell a portion of the company to Indigenous communities.
