Oklahoma City Firefighter Corporal Zachary S. Brown has been arrested for two counts of lewd or indecent proposal after allegedly exposing himself to a daycare bus on June 24. Brown was placed on administrative leave and faces an ongoing investigation. This follows another similar case involving his truck a month prior. Brown admitted to masturbating in public but denied exposing himself in front of the bus.
