NFL introduces mandatory in-person gambling policy training for players in 2024 season.

The NFL is introducing mandatory in-person gambling policy training for players in the 2024 season, part of their efforts to enhance gambling education and monitoring. The training, presented by a member of the NFL's compliance team or other former NFL players, covers six main rules including not betting on the NFL, not having someone else place bets for them, and not gambling at team facilities or stadiums. The league has also extended its partnership with the National Council on Problem Gambling with a three-year, $6.4 million grant.
