Montana's Secretary of State has certified Constitutional Initiatives 126 and 127 for the November ballot, proposing a top-four primary election and majority vote requirement respectively, while a third initiative, 128, seeks to amend the state constitution to include the right to abortion up to fetal viability. Ballots will be mailed out on October 11 with Election Day on November 5.
