Federal Judge dismisses felony charges against two ex-Louisville officers in Breonna Taylor case.

Judge dismisses felony charges against two former Louisville police officers involved in Breonna Taylor raid. Federal Judge Charles Simpson has dropped the most serious felony charges against Joshua Jaynes and Kyle Meany, who were accused of falsifying a warrant in the Breonna Taylor case. The judge ruled that Taylor's boyfriend, Kenneth Walker, fired his gun was the legal cause of Taylor's death. The officers still face other charges, and a separate civil rights trial for another former Louisville detective, Brett Hankison, is set for October.
