52-year-old Jynnell McClellan, a substitute teacher in the Clark County School District, was arrested for possessing a firearm on school property at Legacy High School. The gun was found in the school parking lot, and despite no threat to students or staff, McClellan was removed from the substitute pool and is no longer eligible to teach in the district. Having a firearm on school property is against the law in Nevada.
