52-year-old man stabbed at Iris Trolley Station in Otay Mesa West; victim approached by group of transient individuals who claimed his duffle bag belonged to one of them, leading to a confrontation, resulting in the stabbing of the victim's right forearm. The assailant and group fled, and the victim was taken to a hospital with a non-life-threatening injury. Investigation ongoing.
