82-year-old French-Vietnamese Agent Orange victim Tran To Nga loses appeal against US chemical manufacturers at Paris Court of Appeal.
82-year-old French-Vietnamese woman Tran To Nga, a victim of Agent Orange (AO)/dioxin, has lost her appeal against US chemical manufacturers at the Paris Court of Appeal. The lawsuit, which has spanned 15 years, aims to seek justice for AO/dioxin victims in Vietnam, with Nga herself suffering from five out of the 17 diseases associated with dioxin exposure recognized by the US.
