Winona County judge approves trial location change for Adam Fravel, charged with murdering Madeline Kingsbury. The trial will take place at the Blue Earth County Justice Center in Mankato due to extensive publicity in the Winona area. Fravel faces two counts each of first and second-degree murder in Kingsbury's alleged killing. The trial is set to begin on October 7.
