US federal judge orders Elon Musk's X Holdings, Twitter's parent company, to disclose its full ownership structure.
Elon Musk's X Holdings, the parent company of Twitter, has been ordered by a US federal judge to disclose its full ownership structure. The list of nearly 100 investors includes prominent Silicon Valley figures like venture capitalist Andreessen Horowitz, Twitter co-founder Jack Dorsey, Saudi Prince Al Waleed Bin Talal, and hip-hop mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs. The disclosure was prompted by a motion filed by attorneys representing the Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press on behalf of former Twitter employees who alleged that X violated arbitration agreements.
