7 cases of Legionnaires' disease linked to a downtown Lincoln area in New Hampshire between June and July have been confirmed. The cooling tower at the Riverwalk Resort, which was connected to the outbreak, underwent cleaning and disinfection. Water samples collected after the cleaning tested negative for Legionella, and the New Hampshire Department of Health and RiverWalk Resort are working on a water management plan to prevent future contamination.
