Auckland police executed search warrants, seizing a gun, cash, and drugs during two separate incidents.
Police in Auckland executed a search warrant at a gang pad in West Auckland, seizing a 9mm pistol, cash labeled "drugs profit", and cannabis as part of an ongoing investigation. No arrests were made during the operation, but enquiries remain ongoing to locate a stolen motorbike and further investigate the firearm. In a separate incident, officers conducted a traffic stop, arresting three individuals and recovering a firearm, methamphetamine, ammunition, and cash. The suspects will face court on a range of charges.
