39-year-old unemployed man from Parramatta charged with possessing luxury items, including a Lamborghini, Harley Davidson, and two Rolex watches worth over $500k, after police seized them during a July search. The man, receiving unemployment benefits since 2019, has been charged with dishonestly possessing or interfering with a unique identifier. The investigation, which began in May 2024, targets unexplained wealth linked to organized crime networks with support from the NSW Crime Commission. The man is due in court on October 4, 2024.
