39-year-old Tamara Anderson, charged with involuntary manslaughter, accidentally shot and killed her cousin, Eugene Bell Jr., during a dispute on King Street, Columbia. Anderson was involved in a verbal altercation with an acquaintance when she pulled out a firearm, inadvertently shooting Bell as he tried to intervene. She was released on a $100,000 personal recognizance bond from the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center.
