25-year-old South Carolina man, Perry, was arrested at Rhode Island's T.F. Green International Airport for attempting to fly with nine pounds of marijuana. He was charged with intent to deliver marijuana and possession of a schedule IV controlled substance. Perry was detained by airport police before boarding a Breeze Airlines flight, granted $20,000 bail with surety, and appeared at the Third Division District Court for an arraignment.
