138-year-old Australian financial firm Perpetual appoints Bernard Reilly as its new CEO, replacing Rob Adams. Reilly, former CEO of Australian Retirement Trust, will lead the company ahead of a break-up deal with KKR and a rebranding of the investment business. Perpetual is set to transition into an asset manager with $227B AUM following the deal.
