A shooting occurred outside Bossier High School in Louisiana during a school spirit night on August 19. A 43-year-old man, Anthony Hughes, got into an altercation with a group of juveniles and was shot in the torso by Marcus Kelly, 32. Both men fled the scene, but Hughes later rammed Kelly's vehicle. Kelly was arrested and charged, while Hughes was hospitalized and is expected to face charges of aggravated criminal property damage upon release. No students were involved or injured in the incident.
