Security forces in Rajouri, Jammu and Kashmir discovered an underground terrorist hideout in the Sagrawat forest, containing daily use items like cooking gas, blankets, and utensils. The hideout was found during a joint search operation by police, Army, and CRPF. No arrests were made, as the terrorists had fled prior to the search. Separately, a cave-like hideout was discovered in the Balotha area of Udhampur district, but no terrorists were present in that location either. The operations followed a terrorist attack on a joint patrol party, resulting in the death of an inspector-rank officer.
