Manchester City's Phil Foden wins PFA Player of the Year award for the first time in his career, while Chelsea's Cole Palmer wins Young Player of the Year award. Both awards mark the first time since 2009-10 that English players have won both men's awards. Foden scored 19 goals and provided eight assists in 35 appearances for the title-winning team. Chelsea's Cole Palmer, aged 22, overcame strong competition for the Young Player award.
