The suspect is described as in his early 20s, slim build, 120 pounds, 5 feet 8 inches tall, wearing a black toque, light-colored hoodie, brown pants, black shoes with white soles, and a blue medical mask. Both police forces are investigating and urge anyone with information to come forward.
