Denmark and Sweden are collaborating to pursue foreign organized crime leaders who use Swedish minors to carry out violent acts in Denmark, with at least 25 such incidents reported since April. The countries plan to tighten laws, increase penalties for minors convicted of murder, and crack down on online gang activity. Justice ministers also intend to strengthen coordination with third countries for extraditing criminals and intensify efforts to prevent gangs from recruiting youths through social media.
