49-year-old William Rosner, a Cumberland County Prison inmate, escaped during work release.
49-year-old William Rosner, serving a six-month sentence for a domestic relations warrant, walked off from Cumberland County Prison during work release. He was last seen leaving at 9:45 am on Monday to buy clothes for his job. This is the second inmate escape within two months. Authorities are searching for Rosner, and anyone with information is asked to contact the Cumberland County Sheriff's Office.
