45-year-old Kenneth Moore from Clarksville, TN faces federal charges for allegedly robbing, raping, and assaulting three women he met on dates between Oct 2023-Feb 2024. If convicted, he faces a mandatory minimum of 7 years and up to life in prison for weapons charges, 20 years for robbery charges, and 15 years for felon firearm possession. The joint investigation by ATF and Clarksville PD could lead to additional charges if determined an "armed career criminal".
