40-year-old Jason Willey, wanted for attempted murder and aggravated assault, was arrested in Vermont after a three-week manhunt. Willey was involved in an assault in July, allegedly hitting a 17-year-old with a shovel. He had been evading arrest on six warrants and was apprehended in Newport, now held at Northern State Correctional Facility on a $25,000 bail, with a court date scheduled for August 19th.
