2001 University of Georgia law student murder case suspect, Edrick Faust, to appear in court for arraignment. Faust was arrested in May by the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) after a new law named after victim Tara Baker provided funding to re-examine the case. Charged with murder, arson, and aggravated assault, Baker's mother praises GBI for providing closure to the family.
