Dr. Michael McKinney II, his son Michael McKinney III, and Josh Mullins face additional charges for the murder of Amber Spradlin in June 2023. The three were indicted on complicity to tamper with evidence and appeared in court. A judge allowed Michael McKinney II to spend over 40 hours a week at his dental office, reduced Josh Mullins' bond to $50,000 cash, and found the attorney for Michael McKinney III in contempt of court for unexplained case law citations.
