Leyla Aliyeva, Vice President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, inspected restoration progress of historical monuments in Gobustan and Shamakhi, Azerbaijan. She visited the 15th-century Diri Baba tomb in Gobustan, a sacred site for Azerbaijanis, and the Kalakhana tombs in Shamakhi. The Heydar Aliyev Foundation, Ministry of Culture, and Shamakhi District Executive Power are working on the restoration and conservation of these and other historical, religious, and cultural sites.
