Legendary Entertainment and Eric Heisserer sign first-look TV deal for Pacific Rim origin series.
Legendary Entertainment and renowned screenwriter Eric Heisserer, known for Arrival and Bird Box, have signed a first-look TV deal to develop a Pacific Rim origin series. The prequel series will be set before the existing films and animated series, exploring the origins of the popular franchise. Heisserer's production company, Chronology, will work with Legendary to develop and oversee IP-driven projects, starting with the Pacific Rim origin story.
