Democrats challenge Kennedy Jr.'s Georgia ballot eligibility due to false NY address.
Democrats have challenged independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s eligibility on Georgia's November ballot, claiming he used a false New York address on his ballot access petitions. This comes after a New York court found Kennedy doesn't live at the NYC suburb address. Kennedy plans to appeal. Democrats are also challenging ballot places for independent candidate Cornel West, the Green Party's Jill Stein, and the Party for Socialism and Liberation's Claudia De La Cruz. The challenges could sway Georgia's balance away from Democratic Vice President Kamala Harris.
