21-year-old Whitby woman killed in single-vehicle crash on Highway 412: A fatal single-vehicle crash occurred on Saturday when a 21-year-old female driver from Whitby, Ontario rolled her vehicle into a grassy median on Highway 412, north of Taunton Road. The woman was the sole occupant and was pronounced dead at the scene. The cause of the crash is under investigation, and the road was closed for five hours before reopening.
