3 people in custody after hit-and-run crash involving TTC streetcar, another vehicle in Toronto's Regent Park area. Collision occurred near Gerrard and Parliament streets; initially, 4 occupants from the second vehicle fled, but now 3 are in custody. Toronto police confirmed no pursuit prior to the crash and Ontario's Special Investigations Unit is not involved.
