2 Columbia firefighters injured during 2-alarm fire at commercial property.
Two Columbia firefighters were injured while combating a 2-alarm fire at a commercial property on West Beltline Boulevard late Saturday night. The fire started around 11:40 p.m. and spread to a neighboring home. One side of the building collapsed during the firefighting efforts, injuring the two firefighters. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
