Clarksville-Montgomery County's Regional Planning Commission approved plans for three new housing developments, adding 138 units in total across sites on Salem Road, Needmore Road, and Lafayette Road. The 101st Townhomes on Lafayette Road will have 72 units, the Salem Road Townhomes will feature 21 units, and the revised 860 Needmore Apartments will consist of 45 additional units, increasing from the previously approved 32. The developments require approval of utility plans, geotechnical tests, and drainage and grading plans.
