Biofuel producer TruAlt Bioenergy files DRHP with Sebi for IPO, aiming to raise Rs 750 crore through fresh equity issuance & promoters selling 36 lakh shares via OFS route. Proceeds will be used for capital expenditure, ethanol plant, working capital & general corporate purposes. India's largest ethanol producer by installed capacity, TruAlt produces 1,400 KLPD & plans to expand capacity to 2,000 KLPD by October 2024.
