35-year-old Vikas Mishra, a Mumbai security guard provider, was arrested for drunk driving and manhandling a constable in Four Bungalows locality. Mishra, who claimed his father was a DSP, was stopped by the constable during a drunk driving check and became aggressive when asked for his license, ultimately abusing and threatening the officer. He was later booked under relevant laws and paid a fine before release.
