31-year-old man shot on Champlain Street, Rochester, suffers life-threatening injuries. Police found him with a gunshot wound to the lower body at 11:27 a.m. on Saturday. The victim was privately transported to Strong Memorial Hospital before police arrived. No suspects currently in custody; authorities request anyone with info to call 911.
