65-year-old Hagerstown man, Randy L. Sigler, charged with one count of Arson Threat after allegedly threatening to burn down rented house following dispute with landlord over property sale. Maryland State Fire Marshal confirmed the threat as credible. Sigler faces up to ten years in prison and $10,000 fine if convicted.
