3-year-old girl drowns at Amelia Earhart Park in Hialeah, Miami-Dade Police report. The child was with a family member when separated, later found unresponsive in the lake. Park rangers performed CPR and took her to hospital, but she was pronounced dead. Family member cooperating with investigation.
